Returns and Exchange
1. Each knitted piece is manually and individually hand made with passion and special care. During the production period, we make special quality control checks for each piece to achieve the same perfection and quality regardless of how many they are. While Babytoly makes every effort to perfectly finish a knitting product, there might be some slight differences or mismatches from piece to piece.
Because our knitting products are made by hand, they may vary in stitches and character; and products might have little knots inside. Although they are given the same care and attention, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. Please make sure you know about the nature of our hand made products prior to your purchase and you follow the care and washing instructions carefully.
2. Despite the aforementioned hand making reasons, if any damage in any piece is detected, the client should communicate within 15 Days after receiving the order. The problem of the damages should be sent via the product return form on our website with the order number.
3. Babytoly customers have the right to return products without any reason and get a full refund within 15 (fifteen) business days. Please note that returns have to meet our return policy. The customer is free of charge for shipping costs for both return and exchange.
4. Please kindly note that the initial original shipping value paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns:
1. Babytoly is responsible for all shipping costs of returns and exchanges. Providing that all returns and exchanges are sent via MNG Kargo.
• International Returns: Returns for international purchases, customer is responsible for the shipping costs both for exchange and return. In case any exceptional circumstances, please simply contact our customer care team and we will assist you for your problem.
2. We start an inspection period of 10 (ten) days after we receive the product/s back. When the return of the product is approved, the damaged piece(s) will be integrally replaced with the same product having the same barcode number. If the product is not in our stock service, the client approves to wait the preparation time, which wouldn’t exceed 30 days. If the replacement product cannot be delivered to the client within the 30 days of preparation time, our return policy is applied and the client will be provided the full refund of the same product via the same payment method.
3. After we analyze the problem and we inspect that no problem is detected and it is consumer generated, the product is returned to the customer who will be responsible of all shipping payments.
4. The product has to meet our return policy and to be returned as new, undamaged, unused and be with the original packaging, hangtags and invoice. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized products cannot be returned unless there is a damage. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
5. If the return or exchange of the Babytoly product you have purchased is approved, you will receive an e-mail information from us. It can take 2 - 3 weeks for the return of money on your card. It depends on the regulations of the bank, Babytoly has no right for intervention. You can have more accurate information about the re-payment to your card or your bank account from the specific bank you work with. Refunds are made via the same payment method that is made.
