Payment

• Babytoly website is secured and every transaction is encrypted during transmission. All payment options are safe and secure.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our prices are valid ex-stock including packaging.

• Goods are subject to changes in supply levels, supply prices and currency fluctuations. We reserve the right to change the fees for any services at any time.

• The invoice will be issued on the day of delivery of the goods.

• You agree not to hold us responsible for banking charges incurred due to payments on your account.

 

Domestic Payments

• You can choose to make your payment with money transfer, credit card or upon delivery to the courier. 

• The stated total price on invoice document is always the required NET AMOUNT that has to be paid.

• Any expenses due to bank transfer comissions and charges are for account of the buyer.

• Babytoly confirms orders, only if the payment transaction is succeeded. Afterwards, the order is regarded as confirmed, and Babytoly puts the order into operation for delivery.

• Shipping costs are added to your invoice at the time of check out.

• We also offer an after-pay option that customers can pay the required amount to the shipping company directly upon delivery.

International Payments

• We have worldwide payment service and worldwide shipping for our international customers. We accept payments via our SSL 256 Bit secure online payment system or swift wire transfer.

• Shipping costs are not included in our prices. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out.

• For currency exchanges at the time of invoicing, we will use Turkish Republic Central Bank effective selling rate of exchange that is legally shown in the official data on the day of invoicing.

• When you choose to make a swift money transfer, we will share our bank account information and necessary payment procedures through a proforma document with you upon your request.

• We confirm to deliver the dispatch, only after we receive the required total payment successfully.

• Unless otherwise stated, the payment must be made within 7 days on our account after your order. If this is not the case, then the order will be cancelled.

• Prices are excluding transportation, customs, taxes, courier costs. The seller has to meet all shipping costs of the said goods; excluding duties, taxes and other official charges payable upon importation at importing destination country.

 

1. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

• Ordered products are securely packed and placed in boxes to be shipped.

• We are doing our best to fulfil orders within 2-4 business days presently within Turkey.

• During exceptionally official and national holiday periods, busy times, such as Christmas, the launch of a catalogue or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Babytoly gives notice to the client when any of these circumstances seems to happen.

• Standard packaging is always included in the price. Should the client require specific custom packaging, it will be charged as extra expenses accordingly.

• All domestic shippings cost 8 TL and for orders over 150 TL are FREE. We have an agreement with a shipping agency and all orders are operated by MNG Kargo

• Shipping price for domestic orders will be calculated at the time of check out and will be added to your total value.

• Customer will be sent a confirmation message stating a tracking number after the confirmation of payment.

• Any delays due to any reasons of cargo services; such as busy times, weather conditions, operational difficulties, Babytoly waives the responsibility over events that might occur during transportation.

• Babytoly is not responsible for any lost, missing, undelivered or unclaimed packages due to the freight services. We are, however, happy to assist in tracking down any lost or missing packages.

• Any suspicious packages containing any damages, crushes, wetness or tearing in any piece should be communicated during the first 24 Hours during the submittal of the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to: info@babytoly.com. We will inspect the circumstance and will do the necessary solution.

• After receiving the dispatch, any claims due to the delivery damages will be inspected too; however, they might be rejected according to the examination.

 

2. International Shipping

• Ordered products are securely packed and placed in boxes to be shipped.

• During exceptionally official and national holiday periods, busy times, such as Christmas, the launch of a catalogue or sale, there may be a slight delay in delivery. Babytoly gives notice to the client when any of these circumstances seems to happen.

• Standard packaging is always included in the price. Should the client require specific custom packaging, it will be charged as extra expenses accordingly.

• All confirmed purchases of international ex stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated at the time of check out according to the country and shipping location you will state at the time of your purchase and charged along with your invoice document.

• Customers assume all costs also associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available by a confirmation e-mail after the confirmation of payment.

• Furthermore, Babytoly cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped.

• We send orders via our contractual freight services under an agreement policy.

• We use both standard and express shipping.  Standard shipping may take 10 - 20 days for delivery, depending on your location. Express shipping takes 2 - 4 business days delivery time. (Europe usually takes 2 days; however, overseas locations take 4 days.)

• Customers will be provided the alternatives for both standard and express options, and clients may choose their shipping preference whatever suits best for them.

• Delays may occur due to customs. Please note that Babytoly cannot intervene to expedite the customs check and is not responsible for any customs delays that might arise regarding your order.

• All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or customs services for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

• Kindly note that international orders may be subject to taxes, import and duty fees. Babytoly is not responsible for any charges payable upon importation at importing destination country.

• Any delays due to any reasons of customs or cargo services; such as busy times, weather conditions, operational difficulties, Babytoly waives the responsibility over events that might occur during transportation. We are, however, happy to assist in tracking down any shipping issues.
