What Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect, store, and use information that you provide directly to us and information we acquire in other ways, as discussed below. Some of this information is Personal Information.
Information We Acquire From You Directly
We acquire information from you when you (a) provide information via any of the BABYTOLY Websites, (b) interact with any BABYTOLY checkouts, (c) participate in any BABYTOLY questionnaires, panels, contests, or sweepstakes, (d) communicate or interact with BABYTOLY customer service or (e) engage in any other electronic with BABYTOLY. How We Use the Information We Collect

What is covered as a “sale” under California law is not yet clear, but we currently do not “sell” your information as we understand it.
