What are the Exchange and Return policies and procedures?
The handmade products sold on our site are all special handmade products that are “made to order”. Since the products sold on our site are custom order products, it is not possible to cancel any handmade order or return these "made to order" products. Apart from that, the exchange and return period for purchased products due to any product damages is 7 days from the day you receive the product.
* Returns and exchanges for Yarns and Handmade products listed on our site are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect in the yarn or any product you purchased. To verify this, customer must first send us photographic evidence and documentation. The products must also be unused and still have their product tags.
Is returning an item free?
Product exchange is not possible for free for international sales. Because additional taxes and customs costs are reflected on us when returning packages. Exchanges and returns will be made if you agree to pay these costs: return shipping and customs duty fees, the customer must pay these costs to us in advance.
What are the return conditions?
Unfortunately, due to the procedures in the return process within the country, we cannot accept returns. Since this is international online shopping, the return processes are not the same as domestic ones. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the return conditions for the defected items?
Defected Product returns are not accepted if the packaging of the products is torn, tested, worn out, if there is any deformation, if the product label is cut. Packages must be sent with its original brand and box.
Moreover, our company does not accept responsibility if the product to be returned or exchanged is damaged or lost during transportation or does not comply with the above conditions, and returns and exchanges are not accepted by us.
After the products sent to us for return or exchange arrive at our return warehouse, they are examined by our quality control unit. If the products requested to be exchanged are suitable, they will be exchanged within 7 business days. The costs of the products deemed suitable for return, shipping service fees and tax expenses paid at the time of return are deducted from your total and refunded to the same credit card you paid for within 14 business days.
This will apply to faulty or damaged products.
Exchanges and returns without a valid reason will not be accepted. According to the regulations applied in our country, our company sends packages for export purposes. Return packages cannot be received unless there is any acceptable problem arises in the product state.
Can I return the products in sale?
Discount and Outlet items are final sale. Returns and exchanges will not be possible.
The buyer should make a choice knowing this.
I want to change the color of the yarn. Can I exchange or return it?
Changes arising from color choices are not accepted. Therefore, please make sure that you make the right color choices when shopping on the site. No refunds or exchanges will be made due to color differences that may occur due to the quality of the screen you used at the time of shopping.
How many threads should I buy for my project?
Please consult us. Our hand knitting team is very expert on this subject and we will definitely find an answer to help you.
I paid tax on the incoming products. Can I request a refund of the tax paid?
Babytoly site operates Export sales. This means, all sales are made Tax-free from our online store. When your package reaches your country, you will pay customs duty costs and VAT fees to your country’s relevant departments. Please place your order by knowing these information.
